Development Works Food Co. Appoints Auditor for FY 2025

Development Works Food Company announced that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (second session) approved the appointment of Al-Zoman, Al-Fahad, and Al-Hajjaj Professional Consulting as the company’s external auditor.

The appointment, based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, covers the audit and review of the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4, and the full year of 2025, as well as Q1 of 2026. The total audit fees are SAR 335,000 (excluding VAT).
