Balsam Alofoq Medical Appoints RSM as Auditor

Balsam Alofoq Medical Co. announced on Monday that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) has approved the appointment of RSM United Accountants for Professional Consulting as the company’s external auditor.

According to a Tadawul filing, the appointment was based on a recommendation by the Audit Committee. RSM will audit the company’s interim financial statements for the first half of 2025, the annual financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, and the interim statements for the first half of 2026. The total audit fee is SAR 155,000.
