Gulf Union Al Ahlia Opens Board Nomination for New Term

Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Sunday the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors for the upcoming four-year term, which will run from December 17, 2025, to December 16, 2029.

In a statement published on Tadawul, the company stated that applications are open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and qualifications outlined in the company’s policies, standards, and procedures for Board Membership.

The nomination process is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and directives, including the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the Insurance Companies Governance Regulations issued by the Insurance Authority, and the requirements for leadership positions in insurance companies, along with all other applicable regulatory provisions.
