Balsam Medical Co. Acquires Land in Buraidah to Establish New Medical Center

Balsam Alofoq Medical Company announced on Sunday the acquisition of a 1,075-square-meter plot of land in northern Buraidah, valued at SAR 2.4 million. The land purchase is part of the company’s strategic efforts to diversify income sources and expand its asset base.

In a statement to Tadawul, Balsam affirmed that the acquisition aligns with the company’s future vision and its expansion plans within the Kingdom. The investment aims to fuel operational growth, expand access to the company’s premium medical services across Saudi Arabia, and support the financial goals outlined in its strategic roadmap.

The company also confirmed its commitment to paying the applicable real estate transaction tax and covering brokerage fees as per regulatory requirements.
