Equipment House Opens Nominations for BOD Membership

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. announced on Sunday the opening of nominations for membership in the Company’s Board of Directors (Seat No. 7) for the current term, which began on July 31, 2023, for a period of three Gregorian years, ending on July 30, 2026.

According to the Company, nominations for Board membership are subject to the provisions of the Saudi Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the provisions of the Company’s Bylaws, and the controls of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee Regulations.

Those who wish to nominate themselves for Board membership and who meet the conditions and qualifications for membership are requested to submit their nomination applications within the specified period, from today until August 19.

Voting to elect the nominated member will take place during the next General Assembly Meeting, the date of which will be announced at a later date after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities
