MRNA: Abdulrahman Al-Ghomlas Appointed BOD Chairman, Salman Al-Asmary as Vice Chairman

Morabaha Marina Financing Company (MRNA) announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ Decision to appoint Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Ghomlas as Chairman of the Board of Directors (Non-Executive Member), and Mr. Salman bin Mohammed Al-Asmary as Vice Chairman.

This appointment is based on the Board of Directors’ Decision elected at its Meeting held on July 07, 2025, which included the selection of the Chairman and Vice Chairman for the current term, and after receiving the no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank on July 14, 2025.
