AICTEC Completes Spin-Off of Technical Projects Sector

Advance International Company for Communications and Information Technology (AICTEC) announced on Sunday the completion of the spin-off of its Technical Projects Execution Sector, as part of the company’s strategic restructuring plan.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, the spin-off involved converting Nabah Technology Company, formerly a branch of AICTEC, into a wholly owned single-member limited liability company (LLC). The new entity will be dedicated exclusively to managing technical project operations.

AICTEC stated that this move supports its broader objective to streamline its organizational structure and focus on core business activities, enhancing both operational efficiency and scalability.
