Almoosa Signs SAR 192 Million Construction Contract for New Hospital in AlHofuf

Almoosa Health Co. announced the signing of a SAR 192 million contract with MASAH Specialized Contracting Co. for the Almoosa Specialist Hospital in AlHofuf. The 14-month contract covers excavation, foundation, and structural works.

The project will be financed through IPO proceeds and Shariah-compliant bank financing. Construction will begin immediately, with the financial impact to appear upon project completion and operational launch.
