WSM Signs Framework Agreement with Government Entity for SAR 500 Mln

WSM for Information Technology Co. (WSM Digitalization & Transformation) announced on Wednesday the signing of a framework agreement with a government entity for SAR 500 million.

The Company explained that the agreement includes the provision of services and work based on purchase orders for a period of three years.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, this agreement will have a positive financial impact on the Company if separate purchase orders are received from the client pursuant to this agreement. Purchase orders, which are considered a disclosure-required event stipulated in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), will be announced in due course, including the periods in which they will be reflected.
