Riyad Bank announced on Tuesday the completion of its US dollar-denominated Tier II Trust Certificate issuance, under its International Trust Certificate Issuance Program. The settlement date is set for 14 July 2025, the bank said in a statement published on Tadawul.
The total issuance size is $1.25 billion, comprising 6,250 trust certificates, based on a minimum denomination of $200,000 per certificate. The annual return is 6.209%, with a maturity period of 10 years and an early redemption option after five years.
The bank noted that the certificates may be redeemed under specific circumstances, as outlined in the base offering circular.
The trust certificates will be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market, and will be offered under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
