Sama Health Water Factory Co. announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Mu’ayyad Anwar Fath El-Din Dwairi from his position as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, submitted on 5 July 2025, due to personal circumstances.
The Board also announced the appointment of Mr. Yasser Mohammed Al-Sayed Hashem, an independent Board member, as the new Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, effective 7 July 2025.
Mr. Hashem will serve for the remainder of the current committee term.
