SPC Appoints Adriano Alberto Luz as Acting CEO, Announces Board Changes

Saudi Parts Center Co. (SPC) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Adriano Alberto Luz as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 6 July 2025.

In line with the authority granted to the Board under the Company’s Articles of Association and Corporate Governance Regulations, Mr. Luz has been granted full executive and administrative powers to manage SPC’s day-to-day operations in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Mr. Luz brings more than 30 years of international experience, having held executive leadership roles across South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is known for steering organizations through crisis periods—including the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine—and has led successful initiatives in divisional restructuring, acquisitions, cost-reduction, and operational turnaround. His leadership is anchored in long-term planning, global sourcing, and business development.

Additionally, SPC announced that its Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Angari from the Board due to personal reasons.

To fill the vacancy, the Board has appointed Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Angari, subject to approval at the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Angari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at King Saud University and currently serves on the Boards of Cenomi Retail and Saudi Finance Company. He previously held board and vice chairman roles at Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. and served as Executive Director at Onaas Contracting, Advisor to the Minister of Transport, and a member of the Makkah Region Council.

He holds a PhD in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Aberdeen (UK), a Master’s in Urban Design from the University of New South Wales (Australia), and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from King Saud University.
