SISCO Holding Announces CEO Resignation

Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (“SISCO Holding”) announced on Sunday its Board of Directors’ Decision to accept the resignation of Eng. Khaled Abdulghani Suleimani from his position as CEO, effective June 30, 2025. This resignation is for personal reasons and by mutual agreement between the two parties.

Eng. Khaled Suleimani served as CEO during a period that witnessed the implementation of several critical development initiatives and institutional transformations. During this period, he contributed to supporting the Company’s strategic direction and strengthening its organisational structure and governance practices.

The Board of Directors also decided to appoint Eng. Khaled Suleimani as an Advisor to the Company, effective July 01, 2025, while continuing to serve on the boards of directors of its subsidiaries. This appointment will leverage his accumulated experience and knowledge in the Company’s business sector.
