Gulf General Insurance Appoints Abdulraouf Banaja as Audit Committee Chairman
Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. has announced on Thursday the formation of its Audit Committee for the current board term, which commenced on May 16, 2025, and will run for three years.
The Board approved the appointment of Dr. Abdulraouf Sulaiman Banaja as Chairman of the Audit Committee, with Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Babrouk and Mr. Abdullah Muhammad AlEtaish serving as committee members.
