Al Jouf Cement Appoints Ahmed Al-Falih as Chairman, Hani Al-Saleh as Vice Chairman

Al Jouf Cement Company announced on Thursday that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Eng. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Falih as Chairman of the Board of Directors until the end of the current term, which ends on August 05, 2027, replacing Eng. Abdullah bin Oudah Al-Ghubain.

Mr. Hani bin Sulaiman Al-Saleh was also appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board until the end of the current term. He will represent the company before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for all purposes related to the law, the Companies Law, its executive regulations, and other relevant regulations, replacing Mr. Abdulkarim bin Mohammed Al-Nuhair.

The Board stated that it intends to work on completing the number of board members and forming committees in accordance with the company’s requirements during the coming period.
