Three Board Members Resign from Al Jouf Cement
Al Jouf Cement Co. announced on Wednesday the resignation of three members of its Board of Directors: Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Zunaidi, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Kaaki, and Abdulkarim bin Mohammed Al-Nuhair, citing personal reasons.
According to a statement published on Tadawul, the resignations took effect on 26 June 2025, the date of submission.
