SIDC Subsidiary Signs Logistics Contracts with Sleep High and SIDC Ceramics

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary, Emmdad Logistic Services Co., has signed two contracts to provide transportation, handling, and storage services.

The first agreement was signed with Sleep High, a global mattress and bedding manufacturer, for a period of three years. The second contract was concluded with SIDC Ceramics Factory (Casavia), with an annual value of SAR 700,000.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, the financial impact of the agreements is expected to begin appearing in SIDC’s financial results from the third quarter of 2025, depending on the volume of operational transactions.
