Al Jouf Cement Announces Resignation of Audit Committee Chairman
Al Jouf Cement Company announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ Decision to accept the resignation of Mr. Aziz bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani, a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Committee, as a Non-Board Member.
The Company stated in a statement on Tadawul that Al-Qahtani’s resignation was due to some work commitments.
