SEDCO Capital REIT Announces Increase in Aljazira Bank Limit to SAR 1.8 Bln

The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (“SEDCO Capital”) announced on Wednesday that the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the bank facility limit provided by Aljazira Bank from SAR 1,716,000,000 to SAR 1,869,000,000.

The Company explained that this increase is conditional upon the additional facility limit allowing for the acquisition of new real estate assets for the fund.

The SEDCO Capital REIT Fund Manager expects this event to have a generally positive impact on the Fund’s performance and results.

This follows the announcement by the Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (“SEDCO Capital”) published on October 16, 2022, regarding the signing of a bank facility agreement with Aljazira Bank.
