Ayyan Investment Appoints Faisal Al-Qahtani as Chairman, Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi as Vice Chairman

Ayyan Investment Co. announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors has appointed Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani, a non-executive member, as Chairman of the Board. Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdullah Al-Kassabi, an independent member, has been appointed as Vice Chairman.

The company also announced the formation of two board committees:

Remuneration and Nominations Committee:

• Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdullah Al-Kassabi (Independent Board Member) – Chairman

• Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani (Non-Executive Board Member) – Member

• Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Shaikh (Independent Board Member) – Member

Investment and Follow-up Committee:

• Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani (Non-Executive Board Member) – Chairman

• Ayham bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Yousef (Independent Board Member) – Member
