Saudi Chemical Co. Holding announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Acting CEO Eng. Abdullah Abdulaziz Alznaedi and appointed Eng. Abdulsalam Musfer Al Ghamdi as Chief Executive Officer.
According to a statement published on Tadawul, Al Ghamdi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University.
Al Ghamdi previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Aerospace Sector at Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI). He brings over 20 years of experience in both the civil and defense industries.
His prior roles include Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Advanced Electronics Co., and CEO and board member at Intra Defense Technologies, in addition to leadership positions at several other industrial firms in Saudi Arabia. He has led numerous commercial initiatives and national strategic projects across a range of sectors.
