Enaya Insurance appoints Kinana Al-Sharif to board; approves FY 2024 auditor’s report

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Tuesday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting), held to review fiscal year-end matters and board changes.

The meeting results were as follows:

• Review and discussion of the Board of Directors’ report for FY ending 31 December 2024.
• Approval of the external auditor’s report for FY 2024 after discussion.
• Review and discussion of the financial statements for FY 2024.
• Approval of the Board’s resolution to appoint Mr. Kinana Al-Sharif to the Board, replacing resigned member Sultan Abdulraouf.
• Approval of the appointment of external auditors to examine the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4 of FY 2025, the full FY 2025 report, and Q1 of FY 2026, along with auditor fee determination.
