SIDC shareholders approve related-party contracts, board remuneration
Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) said on Monday that shareholders approved related-party business contracts during the company’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
The assembly also approved board remuneration of SAR 150,000 for 2023 and SAR 180,000 for 2024, the company said in a bourse filing.
