Dar Al Markabah shareholders approve FY 2024 financials and board compensation

Dar Al Markabah Car Rental Co. announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) held on Monday, with the following key outcomes:

1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2024.

2. Approval of the company’s consolidated financial statements for FY 2024.

3. Approval of the external auditor’s report for FY 2024.

4. Appointment of Al-Kharashi & Co. Professional Consultancy as external auditors for FY 2025, with total audit fees of SAR 250,000.

5. Approval of SAR 365,000 in remuneration to board members for FY 2024.

6. Discharge of board members from liability for FY 2024.

7. Authorization for the Board to issue licenses per Article 27 of the Companies Law for one year or until the board’s term ends, whichever comes first.
