Tasheel GA Approves Business and Contracts with Related Parties

United International Holding Company (Tasheel) announced on Tuesday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), held on Monday. The Meeting included approval of the business and contracts concluded between United International Holding Company and its subsidiaries and United Electronics Company (Extra), in which Board Members Fozan AlFozan (Non-Executive Member), Mohamed Galal (Executive Member), and Abdulatif Ali AlFozan (Non-Executive Member) have an indirect interest. These contracts represent payments made by Extra on behalf of Tasheel and its subsidiaries, and were settled during 2024 for a total of 4.49 million riyals. These transactions are conducted on a commercial basis and do not have any special conditions attached to them
