Al Hammadi Appoints Audit Committee for New Board Term
Al Hammadi Holding Co. announced on Sunday its Board of Directors has formed a new Audit Committee for the term starting June 22, 2025, through June 21, 2029.
The committee members are:
- Aziz bin Mohammed Al Gahtani
- Dr. Nasser bin Hamad bin Saif
- Adel bin Mohammed Al Osaimi
The company said the formation aligns with its governance framework to ensure effective oversight and transparency in financial reporting.
