Horizon Food announces shareholder approval of Abdulaziz Al-Babtain’s board appointment
Horizon Food Co. announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Al-Babtain to the board of directors during the company’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting. His appointment is effective until the end of the current board term.
The company also announced the approval of its competition standards policy, dividend distribution policy, and the auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2024.
