Sure Approves Cash Dividend Distribution of SAR 1.5 per Share for 2024

Sure Global Tech Co. announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors has approved the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024, totaling SAR 11.5 million.

Shareholders will receive SAR 1.50 per share, which represents 15% of the nominal value of each share.

The company also disclosed that the Ordinary General Assembly approved the discharge of Board members for 2024, the appointment of the company’s auditor from among the nominated candidates, and set the auditor’s remuneration at SAR 430,000.
