Malath Insurance Elects 9 Members to Board of Directors

Malath Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Tuesday the outcomes of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), during which shareholders approved the election of nine members to the Board of Directors for the upcoming term.

The new board term will begin on 17 June 2025 and end on 16 June 2028. The elected members are:

• Mr. Muhannad Abdulaziz Algasem

• Mr. Yassir Reshaid Al-Reshaid

• Mr. Salman bin Nasser Alhawawi

• Mr. Bader Ali Alali

• Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Aljumah

• Mr. Mohammed Ali Alammari

• Mr. Fawaz Abdulrahman Alhijji

• Mr. Amro Abdolrazzaq Al Nemari

• Mr. Amro Abdullah bin Shalhoub

The company emphasized that the Board will continue focusing on achieving its strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
