Hatem Barajjash Appointed BOD Chairman of SADIRAT, Bader Al-Othman as Vice Chairman

The Saudi Industrial Export Company (SADIRAT) announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ Decision to appoint Mr. Hatem Ali Talib Barajjash as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Bader Hassan Mohammed Al-Othman as Vice Chairman.

During its First Meeting held on Monday, June 16, 2025, the Board of Directors also decided to form the following committees:

1. Nominations and Remuneration Committee:

– Mr. Bader Hassan Al-Othman – Chairman (Independent Member)

– Mr. Khaled Sulaiman Al-Noisear – Member (Independent Member)

– Mr. Ali Saleh Al-Humaidan – Member (Independent Member)

2. Executive and Investment Committee:

– Mr. Hatem Ali Talib Barajjash – Chairman (Independent Member)

– Mr. Ghassan Abdulrahman Al-Haidari – Member (Executive Member)

– Mr. Eissa Fath Al-Din Aqeeli – Member (Independent Member)

– Mr. Amer Abdullah Al-Ghofaili – Member (Independent Member)

This comes in reference to the Company’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, which included the election of new Board of Directors members for the twelfth term, which began on June 16, 2025, and ends on June 15, 2028, for a period of three years.
