SAICO Shareholders Elect New Board Members

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) said its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) approved the election of a new Board of Directors for the upcoming term.

The elected members are Prince Ahmad bin Khalid Al Saud, Abdulaziz Ali Abussuud, Saleh Abdulrahman Al-Helaissi, Waleed Mohammed Al-Othaimeen, and Nagib Maurice Bahous.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of the company’s external auditor, set their fees, and discharged the Board members from liability for the fiscal year 2024.
