Chemanol Announces Resignation of Two BOD Members

Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) announced on Thursday the resignation of Eng. Sabri Abdullah Al-Ghamdi and Mr. Hani Suleiman Al-Saleh from its Board of Directors, effective June 11, 2025.

The Company explained that the reason for the resignation of Board Member Sabri Abdullah Al-Ghamdi was personal circumstances, while the reason for the resignation of Board Member Hani Suleiman Al-Saleh was the lack of alignment with other Board Members related to the Company’s strategic directions.
