Musk continues the rhetorical war with Trump: Without my support, the president would have lost the election

American billionaire and Tesla CEO Elon Musk today attacked US President Donald Trump, describing the latter’s behavior as ungrateful. Musk emphasized that Trump would not have won the US presidential election without his support.

The Tesla CEO said in a post on his Twitter account, “Without me, Trump would have lost the election, the Democrats would have taken control of the House of Representatives, and the Republicans would have won 51 seats to 49 in the Senate.”

Musk’s post came in response to a video of the US president saying, “I would have won Pennsylvania regardless of Elon. I’m very disappointed in Elon. He knew this bill—referring to the big, beautiful bill Trump introduced in Congress—better than anyone, and he only had a problem when he learned I was going to cut the mandate and funding for electric vehicles.”
