Saudi Itmam Consultancy Approves Auditor Appointment and Board Member’s Competitive Business Involvement

Itmam Consultancy Co. said on Wednesday that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting) approved the board of directors’ report, along with the company’s financial statements and auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of PKF Al Bassam Chartered Accountants as the external auditor for the fiscal year 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The firm will be responsible for reviewing and auditing the company’s semi-annual and annual financial statements, and for determining the audit fees.

The assembly further approved the participation of board member Mr. Azzam Omar Almufadda in a business that competes with the company’s operations.
