Cenomi Centers Receives “A-” Long-Term Credit Rating from Tassnief

Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) has been assigned a long-term national scale credit rating of “A-” and a short-term rating of “T-3” by the SIMAH Rating Agency (Tassnief), the company said in a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The ratings reflect the company’s strong market position, diversified business model, and solid operational performance, underpinned by high occupancy rates and rising visitor traffic.
