GAS Arabian Services Signs SAR 504.3 Million Contract with Saudi Power Procurement Co.

GAS Arabian Services Co. announced on Tuesday the signing of a SAR 504.3 million contract with Saudi Power Procurement Co. (Principal Buyer) to build a sales gas delivery system for the Nairiyah Independent Power Plant (IPP).

The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, supply and delivery of all equipment and materials, as well as construction, installation, testing and commissioning. The project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to appear in the company’s financial statements from 2025 through 2027.
