MCDC Announces 2024 Dividend Distribution Date on June 11

Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) announced on Tuesday the commencement of dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2024, starting Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

Dividends will be deposited directly into the accounts of shareholders who own investment portfolios linked to a bank account at a local bank.

Shareholders who do not have investment portfolios linked to bank accounts, as well as certificate holders (who do not own investment portfolios), can receive dividends by way of share certificates.

This is in reference to the company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on May 20, 2025, of the results of the Ordinary General Assembly (38) and the approval of the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024 at a rate of SAR 1.50 per share, representing 15% of the nominal value of the share, for a total amount of SAR 300 million.

Eligibility shall be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly Meeting, May 19, 2025, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
