Bonyan REIT Distributes SAR 60.2 Mln in Cash Dividends to Unitholders

Saudi Fransi Capital (BSF Capital) announced on Tuesday the distribution of SAR 60.2 million in cash dividends to unitholders of the Bonyan REIT Fund for the period from November 01, 2024, to April 30, 2025, equivalent to 4.4% of the net asset value.

The company explained that the number of outstanding units upon which the cash dividends will be paid is 162.8 million units, at SAR 0.37 per unit.

Unitholders will be eligible for cash dividends according to their register as of June 01, 2025, and distributions will be paid within 15 business days of the due date.
