June 15: SAICO GA to Vote on BOD Members Election

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) has invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting), which will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2025. The agenda includes voting on the election of board members from among the candidates for the next session, which will begin on June 25, 2025, and run for three years until June 24, 2028.

The eligibility for attendance is entitled to the shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholder record at the Depositary Center by the end of the trading session prior to the general assembly meeting in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The right to register for attendance at the general assembly meeting ends when the meeting convenes. The right to vote on the assembly’s agenda items for those present ends once the Screening Committee completes the vote tally.

The Ordinary General Assembly will be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least 25% of the paid capital. If the quorum for holding the meeting is not met, the second meeting will be held one hour after the scheduled time for the first meeting.
