Fakeeh Care Subsidiary Signs SAR 101.8 Mln Contract to Build New Medical Centre in Jeddah

Dr. Soliman Abdul Kader Fakeeh Hospital Company (“DSFH”) announced on Sunday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Horizons Contracting Company (AHC), signed a SAR 101.8 million contract to build and complete a new Medical Centre in Jeddah’s Zahra District.

It is worth noting that DSFH signed the construction contract with AHC, marking the official launch of the project and outlining the roadmap for timely delivery. The project is owned by Yaser Yousef Naghi for Investment Company (lessor), and the supervision of DSFH (the lessee), AHC will carry out all construction and completion work.

DSFH will procure medical equipment and furniture separately as part of the overall agreement.

Under the terms of the contract, the construction and completion costs of the project will be financed by Yaser Yousef Naghi for the Investment Company.
