Networkers: CEO’s Contract Terminated by Mutual Consent; Ahmad Abu Nehmeh Appointed as Acting CEO

Saudi Networkers Services Co. announced on Wednesday that it received a letter from Mr. Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani, in which he withdrew his agreement to join the company as CEO due to personal reasons.

Accordingly, the company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ahmad Abu Nehmeh as Acting CEO, effective May 1, 2025, until a new CEO is appointed.

This announcement refers to the company’s previous disclosure on the Saudi Tadawul website dated March 26, 2025 (corresponding to 26/09/1446 AH), regarding the mutual termination of the CEO’s contract and the appointment of a new CEO.
