Nahdi Assembly Approves SAR 369.2 Mln Transfer from Statutory Reserve to Retained Earnings
Nahdi Medical Co. announced on Wednesday that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) approved the transfer of the statutory reserve balance of SAR 369.21 million, as reflected in the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, to retained earnings.
