Kingdom BOD Recommends SAR 1.79 Bln Transfer from Statutory Reserve to Retained Earnings
Kingdom Holding Co. announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors recommended transferring the entire statutory reserve balance of SAR 1.79 billion, as per the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, to retained earnings. The Company added that the recommendation will be presented for voting during the upcoming General Assembly Meeting and is subject to shareholder approval.
