Sama Water board recommends SAR 4 million cash dividend for 2024

Sama Health Water Factory Co. announced that the Board of Directors has recommended a distribution of SAR 4 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, equivalent to 8% of the nominal value of the share.
The company explained that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 50 million, with a dividend of SAR 0.08 per share.
Shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the company’s General Assembly and who are registered in the company’s records with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly will be entitled to the dividends.
Sama Health Water Factory Co. also announced that its Board of Directors, on April 22, 2025 (10/24/1446 AH), recommended to the Extraordinary General Assembly the approval of transferring the balance of the company’s statutory reserve, which amounted to SAR 3,058,653, as reflected in the annual financial statements for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2024, to the balance of retained earnings.
