SEDCO Capital distributes SAR 23.3 million in cash dividends to SEDCO Capital Fund unitholders

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Co. (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, amounting to SAR 23.3 million, equivalent to 1.52% of the net asset value.
The cash distributions will be made on 186.9 million units, at a rate of SAR 0.125 per unit, with the distribution percentage based on the net asset value as of December 31, 2024.
Unit owners will be entitled to the cash dividends at the end of trading on May 1, 2025, and the actual distribution will begin on June 19, 2025.
