ZOUJAJ: BOD Approves SAR 58.5 Mln Furnace Expansion and Reconstruction

National Company for Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ) announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors approved an expansion and reconstruction project for Furnace 01. The upgrade will increase the furnace area from 65.5 square metres to 84.5 square metres, boosting production capacity from 210 tonnes per day to 280 tonnes per day.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a total investment of SAR 58.5 million. The financial impact of the project is expected to appear in the first quarter of 2027.
