Saudi Chemical Recommends 2024 Cash Dividends at SAR 0.05 per Share

Saudi Chemical Company Holding announced on Monday that its Board of Directors recommended distributing SAR 42.1 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024, representing 5% of the nominal share value.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 843.2 million shares, at SAR 0.05 per share. Eligibility for dividends will be limited to shareholders holding shares at the end of trading on the date of the company’s upcoming General Assembly Meeting and registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the meeting date, which will be announced later.
