BCI Board Recommends SAR 27.5 Million in 2024 Cash Dividends

Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) announced on Monday that its Board of Directors recommended to the General Assembly to distribute SAR 27.5 million in cash dividends to shareholders for 2024, equivalent to 10% of the nominal share value.

The company stated that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 27.5 million shares at SAR 1 per share.

Cash dividends will be for shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder registry at the end of the second trading day, following the General Assembly Meeting date.
