MARBLE DESIGN BOD Recommends Share Split from SAR 10 to SAR 1

Marble Design Factory Co. announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors recommended to the Extraordinary General Assembly a share split, reducing the nominal value per share from SAR 10 to SAR 1.

Following the proposed adjustment, the number of shares will increase from 6,000,000.00 to 60,000,000.00, with no change to the Company’s total capital. The Company affirmed its commitment to completing all necessary regulatory and procedural requirements related to the share split.
