ALISTITHMAR REIT to Distribute SAR 22.6 Mln in Cash Dividends

Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Co. announced on Thursday a cash dividend distribution of SAR 22.6 million to Unitholders of Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT Fund for the period from Sept. 04 to Dec. 31, 2024, representing 3.89% of net asset value.

The distribution will be made on 60.5 million units at SAR 0.375 per unit. Dividends will be paid to unitholders registered as of April 30, 2025, within 15 working days of the eligibility date.
